1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the website, submitting a form, requesting a trial, or using MenuWarriors services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use our services on behalf of a restaurant or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The specific scope, deliverables, timing, integrations, fees, and responsibilities for paid services are governed by the applicable order form, proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement. 3. Trials, fees, and subscriptions
Any trial offer is subject to the terms presented at enrollment, including duration, included features, eligibility, and conversion mechanics. Paid services, recurring subscriptions, per-location charges, billing dates, taxes, cancellation terms, and refund terms must be clearly presented in the applicable checkout, order form, or service agreement.
